Processing of personal data notice
RIO SAVA EXPLORATION DOO BEOGRAD in accordance with Article 23 of the Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", no. 87/2018) – (hereinafter: "Law") provides the following:
NOTICE on processing of personal data
("Notice")
1. Information regarding the Controller
1.1 The purpose of this Notice is to provide information on processing of your personal data (hereinafter: "Data Subject") by RIO SAVA EXPLORATION DOO BEOGRAD, with its registered seat at the address Bulevar Milutina Milankovića 1i, Belgrade – Novi Beograd, corporate ID no. 17316095, that is considered as controller of your personal data pursuant to the Law (hereinafter: "Controller"), and therefore liable for processing of your data as explained herein.
1.2 Any processing of personal data by the Controller shall be carried out in accordance with the Law and other by-laws regulating the area of personal data protection.
2. Categories of personal data processed by the Controller
2.1 The Controller may collect your personal data, (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"): name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, age, as well as other data that you provide directly to the Controler.
3. Purpose of processing the Personal Data
3.1 On the basis your consent which you provided during the call with the Controller when you provided certain personal data, we will process your Personal Data for the for the purpose of organizing “Open Door“ event of the Controller, as well as for providing of answers on your questions related to Jadar Project.
4. Recipients of the Personal Data
4.1 The Controller will not share provided personal data with anyone outside the Controller's organization.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
5.1 The Controller shall not transfer the collected Personal Data to the other country or international organization.
6. Period for which Personal Data will be storage
6.1 Personal Data shall be stored for a period which is reasonably necessary, in accordance with the purpose of processing the Personal Data.
7. Data Subject's Rights
7.1 The Data Subject, in connection with the processing of Personal Data by the Controller, has:
7.1.1 the right of access to Personal Data;
7.1.2 the right to rectification, completion, erasure and restriction of processing;
7.1.3 the right to object;
7.1.4 the right on Personal Data portability;
7.1.5 the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
7.1.6 the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
7.2 The Data Subject shall submit a request regarding the exercise of his rights to the Controller in writing or in electronic form, on address 23 Bulevar Milutina Milankovića 1i,, Belgrade or e-mail address [email protected].
7.3 The Controller may restrict the Data Subject's rights in relation to the processing of his/her Personal Data, in cases prescribed by the Law.
8. Obligation to provide Personal Data and automated decision making
8.1 Providing of Data Subject's Personal Data is based on its free will.
8.2 The Controller does not make any automated decisions, nor does he profile any Data Subject's Personal Data.
8.3 When performing the activities listed herein, the obligation to keep confidential the Personal Data will be respected, in accordance with the Law and other relevant regulations.
